We currently offer North America (United States & Canada) shipping and complimentary shipping on eligible orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered via the shipping carrier you choose.

Current Processing Time

Processing times displayed in your shopping cart take priority over the general timelines below. These timelines will also be provided in your order confirmation email.

  • Standard Orders: Typically processed within 4 to 8 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
  • Backorder Products*: Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your full order to be completed.
  • Customized Products*: Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your full order to be completed.
  • Pre-Order Products*: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your full order to be completed.

* Note: All items in your order will be shipped together once any custom products are ready.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

Delivery time with USPS is usually 3 to 5 business days* from the time of shipment. Packages are shipped from Austin, Texas.

United States

  • USPS Flat Rate: Typically 3 – 5 business days
  • USPS Priority: Typically 2 – 3 business days ($8.80 flat rate, optional insurance +$0.98, FREE on orders $60+)

Canada

  • USPS Flat Rate: Typically 3 – 5 business days

International

  • We currently do not offer International shipping

Shipping & Handling
We aim to process and dispatch your orders promptly. Please note that delivery timeframes shown during checkout are estimates from the shipping carriers and do not factor in our processing period. During busy times like holidays or peak seasons, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. To ensure you receive your items for the new year, we recommend placing orders at least two months in advance.

Order Shipments
If your purchase includes items with varying preparation times—such as preorders, multiple orders, or custom-made products—we will hold your shipment until everything is ready and send it all together. This approach helps keep shipping costs down and reduces packaging waste.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
After your order leaves our has been processed, it is under the responsibility of the carrier. While we will support you in addressing shipping issues, we cannot guarantee delivery or offer refunds for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information or unpaid customs fees, additional charges for return shipping or reshipment may apply.

Shipping Insurance & Claims
If your shipping service includes insurance, please claim it via checout. If you wish to opt out of insurance coverage, please notify us within one hour of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Refunds

Lost or Missing Items

Please notify us within 7 business days of delivery if your order has any issues, such as lost packages or missing items.
