Shipping & Processing

Overview

We currently offer North America (United States & Canada) shipping and complimentary shipping on eligible orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered via the shipping carrier you choose.

Current Processing Time

Processing times displayed in your shopping cart take priority over the general timelines below. These timelines will also be provided in your order confirmation email.

  • Standard Orders: Typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
  • Customized Products*: Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your full order to be completed.
  • Pre-Order Products*: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your full order to be completed.

*Note: All items in your order will be shipped together once any custom products are ready.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

Delivery time with USPS is usually 3 to 5 business days* from the time of shipment. Packages are shipped from Austin, Texas.

United States

  • USPS Priority: Typically 2 – 3 business days ($8.50 flat rate, includes insurance +$2, FREE on orders $60+)
  • USPS Flat Rate: Typically 3 – 5 business days

Canada

  • USPS Flat Rate: Typically 3 – 5 business days

International

  • We currently do not offer International shipping

  • Delivery times are estimated at checkout and do not include processing times.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs/tax charges for orders outside the United States. We recommend checking with your preferred shipping carrier (USPS) for potential charges before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for “late” deliveries or lost packages, but please contact us for assistance.
